The Spectrum of Decision Making (CT Parent Advocacy Center Virtual Presentation)

An individual becomes a legal adult at age 18.  Despite becoming a legal adult, individuals with disabilities may benefit from continued support in making decisions about their education, health, and finances.  This presentation will explore the spectrum of legal decision making tools, including Power of Attorney documents and Advance Directives; Supported Decision Making Agreements; and Guardianship / Conservatorship.  Learn about which option is best for you! Please register in advance at https://tinyurl.com/yavx6m5e. I hope to see you there!
