Chiara Noetzel, Paralegal

Chiara is excited to be a member of The Law Office of Kathleen D. Hayes as a Paralegal.  Chiara earned her Paralegal Certificate from SUNY Binghamton and enjoys applying her skills to each legal matter.  Chiara seeks to make all clients feel comfortable and supported while helping to ensure that their cases are treated with the utmost care and attention.

Prior to entering the field of law, Chiara graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Master’s degree in Childhood Education.  She has worked in a variety of school settings, including a daycare, an elementary charter school, and a school for students with special needs.  Most recently, before taking some time to focus on raising her own children, Chiara ran an early literacy home visiting program in Western Massachusetts.  

Chiara believes that her compassion for others helps her to connect with clients and to deliver dedicated and personalized planning services.
